- Preparing a New York City variance request to show what issues could arise from the chimney extension.
- Prove through chimney draft calculations, wind load calculations, and combustion readings why the extension not only was not needed, but why it could be a hazard in the future.
- Presented a variance presentationto the New York City Commissioner.
- Received approved variance.
- Obtained Department of Buildings (DOB) Approval.
- Performed Special & Progress inspections.
